The service

Wonder Solutions, a sole proprietorship of Moise Fuchs, sends community announcements, event reminders, news, and recorded telephone lectures to people who have asked to receive them.

Messaging terms

• By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at the number you provided.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's charges are your responsibility.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers

Our messages are supported on major U.S. mobile carriers. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

• Provide a number you own or are authorized to use.
• Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned.
• Do not use the service to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content.

If you use Wonder Solutions to send messages

If we provide you an account for sending messages to your own community, you are solely responsible for obtaining valid consent from every recipient before sending, and for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and all other applicable federal and state law.

You may not send messages to purchased or third-party lists, to numbers that have opted out, or to emergency lines. We may suspend or terminate any account we believe is sending without consent, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your messages.

Availability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the delivery of any particular message, and we are not liable for losses resulting from a message that is delayed or not delivered.

Changes

We may update these terms. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
