Who we are

Wonder Solutions is a sole proprietorship of Moise Fuchs, located in Spring Valley, New York. We provide community broadcast messaging by text message and by telephone.

What we collect

Why we collect it

We use this information only to send you the messages you asked for, to honor your opt-out requests, and to keep records showing that consent was given. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We share your phone number with our telecommunications provider solely to deliver messages to you. That provider is bound to use it only for delivery. Beyond that, we do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your information to anyone for marketing purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety or rights of members of the public.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us. You will be removed immediately and will receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for contact information. You can also email us to be removed.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are subscribed. If you opt out, we keep your number on a suppression list so that we do not message you again. You may ask us to delete your information entirely by emailing us.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee against every possible breach.

Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the revised version here and update the date above.
